Family & Friends Weekend

Dear Goucher Students and Parents,

As the upcoming academic year nears, I have received questions about Family and Friends Weekend. We are pausing the event for this year so our team can re-evaluate the weekend’s events and offerings.

As an alternative, families and friends can attend Goucher’s Blue and Gold Weekend, celebrated from Friday, October 18 through Sunday, October 20 this year. Blue and Gold Weekend celebrates the spirit of Goucher and Goucher Athletics and includes a Saturday afternoon tailgate and athletic events to cheer on our Gopher teams.

Families and friends are also free to visit students any time during the academic year and enjoy the rich culture, global food offerings, fun events, and great shopping that the City of Baltimore and the greater Baltimore region offer.

We hope to see families visiting their students on campus this year, for Blue and Gold Weekend or any other time. Also, for our first-year students, we have plenty of rich events and programming planned for them during their first week, from our Opening Celebration to our Get into Goucher campuswide festival and more.
